Telehealth Services We provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) through a telehealth model. All consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups are conducted via secure video or messaging by licensed, board-certified hormone specialists. BHRT is prescribed only after clinical evaluation and comprehensive lab review.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. Treatment eligibility is determined solely by a licensed medical provider based on clinical evaluation and lab results.

Payment & Billing Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All pricing is disclosed upfront before you commit.

Medications All medications require a specialist evaluation and prescription. Bioidentical hormones are custom-compounded by FDA-regulated pharmacies and shipped directly to your address. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatment.

Limitation of Liability Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
